My prices reflect the time, skill, and attention I dedicate to each appointment because your pet deserves boutique-level care, not just a quick wash and clip.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We know things come up! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hoursā notice so we can offer your spot to another client. Cancellations made with less than 24 hoursā notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee. No shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled grooming service and will not be able to book again until paid. This protects us financially, we put in our time and when dogs donāt show up, we donāt get paid. We know life happens, just communicate with us. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
